| After eleven years as a business division of several major financial institutions, E. Lee Hennessee and Charles Gradante formed an independent entity, Hennessee Group LLC in 1997. Since the beginning of our existence in 1987 as the Hennessee Hedge Fund Advisory Group, our focus has been assisting clients with direct hedge fund investing.
